The Fender ASIO/Mustang I allows only USB output from the amp, no mix return to the amp. You make a good suggestion about using the amp speaker as guitar monitor. I will try leaving the guitar channel out of the monitor mix in Ableton. You have to play guitar in accompaniment to the monitor mix, and if you have your guitar take in that mix, that's where latency poses a problem. Anyway excuse me for the moot question, why is latency important with such a amp with built-in USB interface? You don't need to monitor through software mixer at your DAW at all.
